About Summit Law Group

Summit Law Group, PLLC is a boutique transactional law firm located in Kalispell, Montana, serving individuals, families, and businesses throughout the Flathead Valley and surrounding areas.

Our firm focuses on providing practical legal guidance in real estate law, land use matters, estate planning and probate, and business law. We work with clients who are buying or selling property, developing land, forming or growing businesses, drafting contracts, and planning for the future. Our goal is to make complex legal issues feel clear, manageable, and well organized.

As a boutique law firm, we intentionally keep our practice small so we can offer personalized service and direct attorney involvement in every matter. Clients work closely with their attorney and paralegal, which allows us to stay responsive, maintain attention to detail, and move matters forward efficiently. We believe this hands-on approach leads to better outcomes and a better overall client experience.

We take a solutions-first approach to legal planning. That means explaining your options in plain language, helping you understand the reasoning behind each recommendation, and tailoring documents and strategies to your specific goals rather than relying on one-size-fits-all templates. Whether you are planning an estate, negotiating a real estate transaction, structuring a business, or addressing land use questions, our focus is on helping you make informed decisions that reduce risk and protect what matters most.

Summit Law Group proudly serves clients across Kalispell, Whitefish, Columbia Falls, Bigfork, and the greater Flathead Valley. We understand the unique legal considerations that come with Montana real estate, rural land use, small business operations, and family planning, and we bring that local insight into every matter we handle.

At Summit Law Group, we strive to provide legal services that are timely, cost-effective, and easy to understand. We value clear communication, thoughtful planning, and long-term relationships with our clients. Whether you are facing a major transaction or simply planning ahead, we are here to help you move forward with confidence.
